Once implanted with a diaphragm pacemaker, I gained renewed confidence. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, internships with a local legislator and area hospital, and a job as social media coordinator for Avery (whose device I have)…I enjoy the same activities as my peers. I recently had an incredible experience at Disney’s D23 Expo and regularly attend concerts featuring artists like Pink, Justin Timberlake, and the Jonas Brothers.
